The Boy Scouts provided a zipline ride with a safety harness to grip the riders as they jump over 25-foot high tower and then zipped down a wire at the speed of nearly 40 mph. As a result of using the zipline tower, Feldman became injured and has recently filed a lawsuit against the Boy Scouts in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
