It was around 6:50 p.m. on May 5, 2010, when riding through the field, Robles lost control his Honda. The all-terrain vehicle rolled over on its left side ejecting both passengers.

Rapp was riding his bicycle at the intersection of Lewis Road and Old Lewis Road when he got struck by a car. The legislation has been proposed by Leland Lee, a San Francisco and San Mateo County’s state senator.
