Boy Scouts Sued for Catastrophic Santa Clara Brain Injury

Linden Feldman, a 44- year old software engineer, took his kids to Scout-O-Rama sponsored by Santa Clara Council at Kelly Park on May 9, 2009. The Boy Scouts provided a zipline ride with a safety harness to grip the riders as they jump over 25-foot high tower and then zipped down a wire at the speed of nearly 40 mph. As a result of using the zipline tower, Feldman became injured and has recently filed a lawsuit against the Boy Scouts in Santa Clara County Superior Court.

TASER Lawsuit Alleges Shock Caused Brain Injury

A 42-year old man alleges in a lawsuit against TASER International that he was permanently disabled after he suffered a cardiac arrest and subsequent severe brain lesions, when shot by a TASER stun gun. The lawsuit filed against TASER International by the victim Steven Butler is set to go to trial in August 2010.

California Hang Glider Suffers Traumatic Brain Injury After Crash

An elderly man sustained major head injuries in a Northern California hang gliding accident that took place at Mountain View Elementary School at 1705 Thornwood Drive, Concord, CA. The accident happened on March 28, 2010 around 3:20 p.m.
